Eng. Ayman Abboud is the Founder and Managing Director of Madhi Engineering Consultant, a multidisciplinary architectural and engineering consultancy established in Al Ain in 1995, with a branch office in Abu Dhabi opened in 1997. With more than 31 years of professional experience in architecture and the built environment, he has shaped the firm into a trusted name in the UAE's consultancy sector, delivering hundreds of projects across diverse fields including residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments.
As Principal Architect, Eng. Ayman leads the design direction of every major project undertaken by the firm, combining deep technical expertise with a strong design sensibility rooted in the architectural identity of the region. His leadership extends beyond design — he oversees the firm's strategic direction, manages client relationships, and personally guides project delivery from concept through to handover, ensuring that quality, compliance, and client satisfaction remain at the core of every engagement.
Under his stewardship, Madhi Engineering Consultant has built a reputation for reliability, technical excellence, and long-term client partnerships, supported by a multidisciplinary team of architects, civil, structural, MEP, and permitting engineers operating across both Al Ain and Abu Dhabi.
