A large commercial residential building for ADCE in Al Muwaiji (Oud Bin Sag-Han), Al Ain, comprising 32 apartments over ground and first floors, a basement car park for 38 vehicles and a roof-level service floor, with a total built-up area of 5,622.39 sq.m. MADHI Consulting Engineers provided the full architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical design together with the bill of quantities and tender documents (2010–2011).
